This is The Wilton Yearbook of Cake Decorating, 1981.  The paperback book is  8 1/4" x 11" and has 184 pages.  It is in good readable and usable condition but the cover has store copy in marker across it.  I don't think it has been used much because the spine is very strong.  The front part of the yearbook has pictures with instructions for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays or any day you want to make special.  The second half of the book is a catalog that is a great vintage reference guide. This yearbook is a treasure trove of cake decorating ideas, instructions and techniques.  This book has a how to decorate section that has how to bake, icing, coloring, make flowers, borders, special effects and so much more!  It also has lots of recipes.
