Vintage Plastic 446180 Gear Lever Shifter Knob-Tear Drop- Metal Centering Ring

For sale is One (1)
Vintage "446180" Olive Green Tear Drop style Gear Lever or Shifter Knob.  The knob is in very good condition, and does not look like it has been used.  There are no deep scratches, just one "shallow scratch" one one side (see photograph).  There is a tiny hole/imperfection in the middle along the seam, which is hard to see without the enlargement (see photographs).
The opening in the plastic for the shaft is 3/8" in diameter.  The knob is 2 5/8" tall, with a diameter of 1 5/8."   It weights approximately 1.12 ounces.  There is a metal star or circular shaped metal plate with a hole in the middle, located approximately in line with the seam (see photographs).  This metal piece appears designed to center and hold the shaft.   I was not able to determine the manufacturer of this knob.
