    For your consideration is a stunning, semi-black (N5) opal from Lightning Ridge, Australia.  It features extremely brilliant, (5/5) neon green, gold, and blue
    in a classic broadflash pattern. The low-domed, oval-cut gem weighs 1.37 carats.  It measures 8.5mm long by 7mm wide by 3mm deep. This fabulous little gem would likely fit a   calibrated 9x7 setting. No cracks or crazingbut it has some clay inclusions on the back, and a tiny spot face-up.
    As ever, this is an untreated, ALL-NATURAL gemstone.
    PLEASE NOTE: you are looking at enlarged images of a small gemstone. Flaws or blemishes may not be visable to the naked eye!  White lines or spots that do not remain in the same place are reflections from the highly polished surface.
