For your consideration is a solid, grey base opal (N6) from Lightning Ridge, Australia. This one features super bright (4/5) neon green and teal in a directional broadflash pattern.  The buff-top, cushion-cut gem weighs 1.38 carats.  It measures 8  mm by 8 mm by 2.5 mm deep.  Very clean with no cracks or crazing, (the visable line is part of the pattern.) There is a small pit on the back. As always, this is an all-natural, untreated gemstone, mined from Mother Earth.
PLEASE NOTE: you are looking at enlarged images of a small gemstone. Flaws or blemishes may not be visable to the naked eye!  White lines or spots that do not remain in the same place are reflections from the highly polished surface.
