A RARE VINTAGE OVER THE KNEE PANTY GIRDLE OR PANTSLINER with FIRM CONTROL BY SUBTRACT.   IT IS MADE of 80% NYLON AND 20% SPANDEX. IT IS A SIZE 28. IT IS NEW  WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS.  Union Made in the USA.  The waist ONLY stretches to 28", the hips stretch to 32".  It is 27" in length.  Lace cuff on the leg bottoms.
