Our 12 x 15 cherry vinyl perpetual plaque features a pewter color heavy resin oval baseball plate at the top with black brass plate for your league name or information.  16 individual black brass tags allow you to record your past and future championship names and dates. Engraving on header plate and 1st tag if desired is included at no charge if you provide the information upon purchase.
Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at .00 each.
Stand for photo only and not included.  In future years you are welcome to mail in your next tag to have it engraved to match previous years engraving.  The cost is .00 and includes return mailing.  An instruction sheet will be provided in your package.
