Up for sale is a piece of Andamooka Matrix Opal rough from South Australia.  This piece weighs 16.75cts and is sized 26.7x14.0x8.0mm.  It has been rubbed back and has been sugar treated.  It is the concrete type matrix that will need a resin treatment to take a high polish.  The Opal has been photographed wet.  Photos enlarged to show detail.  Please refer to measurements for actual size.  Scale is in mm.
