3 Packs of Vintage NuAce Photo Mounting Corners (read description)

Please look at photos. From the front or back, I figure they are all mounting corners. But, on the back is all different information.
They ALL seem to be sealed. The two that are the same, feel the same. They are more than likely brand new.
The one that is different, does not feel like the other two. It is lighter and doesn't feel like there's as much in it as the other two. There's two reasons this might be. At some point some were taken out, and after years of sitting in a box, the seal just glued itself shut again. They're smaller than the other two packets. Looking at the photo of the backs. The seal is straight and doesn't look like anyone had opened it.
